Beachbody Profile:
I have been a Beachbody customer since 2008 and have fallen in love with their products! I enjoy their effective workout videos and Shakeology is my choice treat!! I went from a size 12 to a size 6!
When I started, I weighed about 170-175 pounds and now I currently weigh 139 pounds. My weight fluctuated in between and in December 2011, it went up to 146 lbs. With the help of my coach, fitnhappymom, Beachbody challenges and Beachbody products I have dropped 7 pounds since January 2012. I continue to feel stronger, see the improvements in my physique and watch my measurements go down.
Accountability, consistency and having a coach to help you through your journey are keys to success!
Inspired by my coach and wanting to fight this obesity epidemic, I have now decided to be a coach!
I know how it feels to be overweight and unmotivated. I know what it takes to overcome and to succeed.
